RE: 7mm mag bullet?
 

Back when I used a 7mm Mag I always used Sierra 150gr gameking SBT. They performed very well, never had a deer move after the shot and never had one require more than one bullet. My dad still uses the same bullet hi his 7mm. We have probably killed close to 20 deer between us with the sierra 150 bullet at around 3000fps. My longest kill was 467 paces and closed was 57 paces. As long as you had a shot at the vitals it worked like a charm. I have also had great luck the the Sierra Gameking SBT bullets in the 100gr .243 and 225gr .358 calibers as well. A 150gr Sierra SBT will completly destroy the off shoulder area on its way out.
