Case Reloading ?
I shot some loads this week end that shot great. I only reloaded 6 rounds... What I want to know is... If I reload that brass again with the same load can I expect them to shot the same???

RE: Case Reloading ?
If you Full length sized them the first time and do it again, probably. If you FL sized or new brass the first time and this time neck sized, maybe not. Usually 2nd fired brass seems to work better. The firing straighens out alot. I say your in good shape. Sometimes fire formed brass then using a collet sizer or neck sizer will make it shoot even better when go back.

RE: Case Reloading ?
ORIGINAL: Mr. Longbeard These six brass were fire formed and neck sized before I loaded them... I have seen guys who have shot .5MOA one day and then be upset cause it shot like 1.6MOA another. Many factors play of course as you know. But one account, I took a loaded round of his and rolled it, and noticed the bullet wobble pretty bad (bullet runout). Another account, a friend shot real well, and then bad, he didn't clean out the copper out of his barrel. He used Hoppes 9 only, and basically over 40 or so rounds, gun was coppered up bad. Sounds like your doin great. |

RE: Case Reloading ?
I own a .340 Wby. Mag. and I always use the same exact hunting load, and itusually shoots under a .50" as long as I do my part. Good luck.
