Bullet prices?

Have the prices of bullets spiked in the last 6 months or so? Went to a Sportsmans warehouse yesterday and they wanted $26/box of 6.5mm SMKs, I thought this was some sort of pricing anomoly, so I drove to Gander Mountain, and they wanted $29/box. WTF? I could probably buy Lapua Scenars for that price.

Yes. As have the prices of EVERTHING ELSE, including food!!

This is a result of the PRICE OF OIL!! Anything that has to be transported is undergoing this increase! For example, the brass castings used to build muzzleloaders, such as buttplates, triggerguards, etc., have doubled in price in the last three months!

Get used to it! I doubt that the cost of anything will ever again be any lower than it is today!
