Need .45-70 loads (425gr,330,317gr) using H4198

Anyone know and loads or know where I can get loads using these weight bullets and H4198?
My groups using IMR4895 arent as good as I hope so H4198 is next hopefully.

What bullet and rifle are you loading for? In my 1895 Guide Gun I use 51.0 gr or H4198 Using Sierra or Hornady 300HPs. Caution:This load is too hot for a trapdoor or older rifle.

what id do is look at some listed reloading data and take the load data from the next heavier grain weight of bullet to whatever bullet you are gonna use and start 5% back from the listed maximum and that will be your starting charge and work it up untill you notice signs of excessive pressure then back off 1 grain on the powder charge and that will be your maximum charge. for example for the 330 and 317 grain bullets use load data for a 350 grain cast bullet just besure to back off the maximum powder charge for the 350 grain pill 5%. thats what i do havent had any problems yet, just be careful and be awareof everything you are doing and it should work just fine for you. good luck
