Never used the handheld, but my 4hole turret press, case length gauges and powder measure are all excellent products without the price tags of the green counterparts. That being said I'm slowly replacing all my Lee dies with Redding.

I aquired the loader in a trade. I have not used it so I know nothing about it.
The idea was I could reload at the rangs. I now have a range at my office and my reloaders are in my office also.

I started out with the classic many, many years ago for a 30/30,still have it somewhere. It worked good for me so it should work for you in the 30/06 untill you can do better.

Its been so long I don't remember any problems. But it is slow going,it was the only thing I had then but since I have bought a piece at a time over the years,to make up my reloading, still don't have anything fancy.Think every part of my reloading equipment has a different brand name on it.

Lee USED to put a cupon for a free press in his book. I think it may still be a going deal, you might want to check it out
