Hercules? RL 22

I got a can of RL 22 from a friend that doesnt reload anymore and it has all of the same markings as my newer cans but it says Hercules on it. How old is this can, and when did they make the switch?

I would call Alliant and give them the lot number. Should be stamped on it. I have found some real old, I mean old Unique. I still use, it works.
