try a starting load of RL19 and 45 grains....work up 1/2 grain/time
You should be able to get about 3,000'/sec.

I use 49.0 gr. H4831 in a W-W +P case and Fed 210 primers. OAL is 2.937". My rifle is a long action Rem 700 so I'm not restricted on OAL as I have plenty of extra space in the magazine. This load out of my gun averages 1/2" at 100 yards and runs a little over 3000 grand according to my chrony.

I emailed Nosler and they told me to look at the text of the Nosler book for the powder they use in their custom ammunition. The booksaid to look no further then IMR4350 for accuracy. They also told me to use the same data for the 110gr Accubond as the 115gr ballistic tips. I worked up a load using 41gr of IMR4350 using Remington large rifle primers, Winchester +P brass. I do not have avelosity, but I was able to cover a 4 shot group with a penny. I know that it sounds hard to believe, but I will take a picture of the target and post it later.

I should say that they were loaded to 2.900" and this was shot in a Ruger M77mkII

Good luck and good shooting.
