Perhaps your afraid that Garland will catch up with you, or some of your friends...
Who were Timothy McVeigh, Terry Nichols, or ,Ted Kaczynski? All cases that Garland was involved in...

How was he not "qualified? Because McConnell wouldn't allow the vote? What a bunch of crap... He was very qualified, and was worthy of a vote...

Harvard undergrad (full academic scholarship), valedictorian.
Harvard law grad, graduated top 10%
Served in DoJ as an assistant attorney
Private practice
Assistant United States attorney
Associated Deputy Attorney General (supervised several domestic terrorism cases)
D.C. Circuit Court Judge since 1997, chief judge since 2013.
The above does not do justice to this man's accomplishments and experience. Reading about his early life, this is a fricken' American success story.
You might not like his philosophy/opinions or some of the answers he provided to a few of the senators' questions, but yeah, he is qualified. He has bipartisan support and will get confirmed easily.

It's not domestic terrorism if you commit the crime at night.
Black supremacy is ok because only white folks can be racist.
Just listed a few answers off the top of my head.

First, YES he should have had his hearing when Obama nominated him. Period, that's the job of the Senate, all the other BS is just that, BS.
From the video's I've seen of his current hearings, no he isn't qualified. Above lists lots of paper answers, but when he can't answer if he should continue to enforce illegal entry, or heck even if it is illegal entry to this country, then no, he's not qualified. It's an easy answer "it's illegal, yes it should be enforced until such a time as it's not illegal"
