Seven states send dueling set of electors to Washington. PA, GA, MI, WI, AZ, NV and NM have both Republicans and Democrat sets. It will be up both the House and Senate to decide which set they actually accept. If more of the evidence keeps coming out like it has been of fraud, this could get interesting should neither agree on which set they will accept. Throw one more twist into the mix. If Joe were unable to serve before Jan 6th, don't expect the Democrats to be accepted.

The secret "FRAUD" evidence must be really something. Keeping that in their pocket until after the 50 challenges and the EC Vote is an interesting strategy.

Sorry, just saw this. The duel set of electors for now is a back up should objections in Congress determine elections weren't on the up and up. The deadline is January 6th when Congress certifies the electoral college. Congress can reject any set of electors due to fraud and go with the other set. It prevents leaving it up to a vote in Congress on who won. Meaning, if loosing electors takes the country not below 270, the House votes on who wins. A back upset still give the state input on the electoral college to right the wrong.
