Default Dem Pa supreme court changes Pa election law

"On Thursday, the state Supreme Court ruled that ballots cast by mail can be counted up until three days after Election Day, as long as those ballots are postmarked by Nov. 3. The court also approved the use of drop boxes by counties and satellite election offices."

This is the same Pa supreme court (5-2 dem) that in 2018 redrew, with absolutely zero constitutional authority, Pa congressional districts. A move which cost R's 7 seats in congress. (and the D's only hold a 15 seat majority- if those 7 seats were still R's, the dems majority in the house would be ONE vote)

Both were along party line decisions.

“Under the Constitution, the responsibility to determine the times, places and manner of elections lies solely within the legislative process.”
-Senate President Pro Tempore Joe Scarnati and Senate Majority Leader Jake Corman

You can probably kiss Pa good bye.

More of the left using the courts to legislate law they could not get through the proper channels. This should be challenged in the US Supreme court if possible.
