Wow, Success in America Progress
Does anyone else find this humorous? We have nine white well to do kids arrested in NY. For what? Rioting in the name of the new Black Panthers. Can you define progress in any better form than a racists group getting their very own whities to riot and get arrested in their name? BTW, without any compensation. Does anybody know the penalties for these arrests? I know the law is only as good as the local DA , local politicians and judges, but if a felony theft is usually $600-$1000, and you are proven to do much more intentional damage than that, they are claiming $100,000 in this case, shouldn't these people have to live with a felony charge for the rest of their lives?

IMO shooting for property crimes is a little extreme, but arson has the potential to be murder, and maybe rethinking of the ROE is appropriate.
