Default Conservative Pundits Say Trump Wussed Out

when he agreed to re-open the government.

Good news for George Herbert Walker Bush: As of today, he is no longer the biggest wimp ever to serve as President of the United States," tweeted conservative commentator Ann Coulter.

"Nancy Pelosi is alpha," tweeted conservative film maker Mike Cernovich.

And right wing commentator Michael Malice opined: "Apparently a wall isn't as good as a cave."

BUT, did he though?
He certainly kicked the ball far back into the Dems corner. They agreed to negotiate after the government was re-opened. Now they need to put up or shut up. They have until the 16th of next month. He gave them an ultimatum, and they underestimate him at their own risk.

Got to agree. Trump blinked. He's lost the wall. But he lost the wall two years ago when he didn't go for it when he had the clout to cash in for it.

Exactly... So much for the "Art of the Deal"...

I've never been a Trump fan... Based on recent results, doubt I will be anytime soon...

He should have done this first thing when coming into office, yes. However, the fat lady hasn't sung yet. He will need to declare a national emergency since Pelosi and Schumer don't intend to negotiate for a border wall. This will be fought in the courts and I hope it doesn't last a long time. If it goes to the Supreme court we get our wall.

in my opinion hes though through his options and strategy, public opinion would very slowly start benefiting the dems
as financial issues build among those people the shut down was hurting ,
and the news media was sure to run a blizzard of constant and multiple embellished B.S. stories,
on the "heartless cruel TRUMP" this way the balls back in pelosi's court and she can be shown, world wide, too be the lying bitch she is in spades
yes I think caving was a mistake, but TRUMP may have lawyers doing the preliminary work to drown pelosi.s legal resistance later, and info we are not privy too.

I take it you don't watch tv at all hardcast. That's all the media has been talking about, the poor government workers not getting a paycheck for the second week now having to go to a soup kitchen to eat. Tells me that they are stupid and shouldn't be working and being paid with my tax dollars if they are irresponsible enough not to be able to feed themselves after just a couple weeks missed work. Complete horse crap that the media and the workers cooked up to put Trump in a bad light as usual.

Certainly wouldn't be the first time people made fools of themselves running their mouth prematurely.

It reminds me of dumb NFL player dancing in the end zone not realizing there is a flag on the play and they actually just lost 10 yards.

Its really just weird. How many times can the same people make fools of themselves before they learn to just wait and see what actually happens?

Yeah I watch TV, but I tend to ignore the insanely stupid liberal media,
and its attempts to make their obvious socialist propaganda ,
and them, trying desperately, too look like they have a reasonable spin on the facts...
that always make them look like the total idiots, and spoiled morons,
they are, to anyone with a functional brain and a understanding of the U.S. constitution.
and yes I am confused as to why at least 1/3rd of the democrat politicians are not in prison

Rush Limbaugh is just plain white trash.

If president Trump declares a national emergency and derives funds from hurricane disaster relief from the Army Corp of Engineers, or shuts down partial federal government spending again...has all the signs of an authoritarian dictatorship; with the lying right wing radical, Christian Evangelical Pence and the rest of Trump's henchmen backing him up.
