Default CNN Reporter Press Pass Ordered to be Reinstated By Judge = Wrong!!

A judge just ordered the press pass of the CNN reporter to be reinstated.
This is a clear violation of the separation of powers clearly laid out in the US Constitution.
These press conferences in the White House are at the behest of the president. There is no law granting White House access,,, and NO RIGHT for anyone to attend.
The President has total discretion to allow or ban anyone he likes. At best, it is a PRIVILEGE granted to any reporter by the sitting prez and reporters should treat it as such.

This ruling is patently WRONG and should be ignored by President Trump until it is overturned as it surely will be.
It is an unwarranted and ILLEGAL intrusion of the Judicial branch into the Executive branch.
CNN should quit crying and whining and teach it's staff some manners and respect for The POTUS,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My bet is it will be a cold day in hell before Trump calls on any CNN correspondent again.

EXACTLY what I was thinking,,, LOL

If he gives the Hard Pass back,, just ignore him for ever after,,, that might be sweeter than just keeping him banned,, Let him come back and get more and more angry for being passed over till he explodes in a PC,, then have him handcuffed and jailed.

I hope lots of people boycott the Communist News Network. The crap goes down hill and their loyalty to Acosta will wane when the ratings go south.

Nah, Trump should not obey an order from a judge who has no authority t tell him who he must allow in the White House. He banned one half butted reporter, not the network. It is the privilege of the President who he allows in, not the court.

They need to appeal it to the SCOTUS. Until then make him sit in the very back seat and refuse to allow him to ask any questions. Don't give him the spotlight.

It should be a clear cut overturning of the ruling. There is certainly no prior case rulings of this kind to serve as precedent, essentially proving this ruling is empty and basesless.

No law was broken, no rights were violated, CNN still has plenty of reporters there, Freedom of the Press was not violated in any way.

Somebody on the radio said this was ruled on as a 5th amendment issue. That doesn't make any sense at all.

The Executive Branch of America is basically a one-man show; the President! For the most part, everyone working under him, do so by his pleasure! President Trump should totally ignore the order until it is fully resolved by the SCOTUS! Discrimination is a bogus claim too, as CNN can send someone else to the press conferences.
If that is not enough, he should hold one, last press conference to tell them that the different media agencies have failed to "police themselves," therefore all press conferences are cancelled until further notice!
