Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

This is probably apples to oranges but...

You would think, but IMO either declaration is illegal and un-Constitutional. We have fought at least two wars over a lack of representation by gov't officials.

The gay "marriage" ruling is going to eventually wind up as a religious debate. Marriage has always been a religious rite, long before there even was a United States of America. Most marriages are still performed in churches. So, just like with the bakeries, gays will search out churches that believe their lifestyle is perverted and demand to be married in them.

Where are the libs screaming "separation of church and state"? Par for the course for hypocrites, as long as it fits their agenda they are all for it.

what's your point? The entire life of the SC has been interpreting "questionable". The questions and answers will come from this decision and in ways no one can predict except that freedom will be infringed upon as Robert points out, states lost freedom here.

Since abortion became legal it's led to over 55 million people losing their freedom to live. Freedom always loses when government regulates, but it's not governments fault, it's the people fault.

The constitution is on it's last breath, I'd start doing something with those guns if you want to keep them. Rome went from a republic to imperialism in about 250 years. Ask any politician what are legal system is based on...Roman law. Roman must have control over all for the sake of the people and it's setup that way.

There is only one symptom of a failed society left here and it's already beginning, cannibalism.
