Here is another good point I heard tonight. Pot is known to make folks paranoid. Its very likely martin was all paranoid that this cracker was following him because he was in an altered state of mind. So he took unreasonable action due to this paranoia crazed mind.

That was the point I was making, that NBC had Travon as a little saint.Instead he wasn't as innocent as portrayed.

Default Shooting defense

I was catching up on the news this am. They had an attorney on ( Batista?) who said given the prosecutions case.
He didn't think he would have mounted any defense at all.

It got me thinking, has Zimmermans attorneys established a new bar for what will be required to defend yourself after a shooting?

Is this the victory that anti-CCW people wanted all the time. To make it so unaffordable that people will not carry for fear of financial ruin.

People should've know this already. CCP is a violation of the 2nd and gives the right away to the government the amendment was directed at.

Because people didn't care about each other government will grow and freedoms taken away. This is how people empower government. This is how people fail to "keep" their republic, voting just picks the flavor and the flavor these days is just a lessor evil, hmmm, tasty.

Still waiting for the explanation as how Zimmerman basically following the instructions given by DLG's CCW teacher was being "stupid".

Now we have reports that the racism that got Zimmerman behind the 8-ball to begin with comes all the way from eric holder. No comment still?

Good point, when seconds count, 911 can answer your call in 3minutes.
