Obama's Healthcare ???'s
#1

I've been trying to follow along with all of the info, hype, arguments and claims being made for this proposed legislation. If I understand it correctly, this will provide healthcare at no cost to approximately 25-50 million Americans and illegal immigrants in this country who can't afford it without increasing the cost to the federal government's budget.
To pay for the increased costs of providing this healthcare for 25-50 million people at no cost, the law will make it illegal for anybody earning over $30K per year to not buy healthcare at the obviously increased costs needed to subsidize the 25-50 million person freeloader group. If anybody earning over $30K refuses to buy healthcare at the government's rates, they will be arrestable, charged with a crime, possibly put in jail and fined for not obeying this law which sounds like a huge violation of our constitution.
And, to make matters even worse, I've heard that the $30K threshold figure being used is gross earnings and not after tax income. Apparently many employers have already figured out that they can't afford to purchase this more expensive government run healthcare and are going to have their employees use the government run healthcare.
Is there more to this proposed legislation or does this pretty much sum it up?

Nope the only ones who suffer on this deal are the people who work and pay taxes. The free loaders and illegals get the free ride.
Now before anyone gets their panties in a bunch when I say work and pay taxes, everyone knows that if you make below a certain level you get all of your taxes back plus an earned income credit which = no taxes paid but you get a check back at tax time anyway.
Have you all noticed how everytime Obama opens his mouth about how many people are without health care coverage the #'s change. Or how about Obama making the statement that illegals won't be covered, yet the SCOTUS has already ruled in previous cases that to enforce that would be unconstitutional.
I say loud and clear, OBAMA LIES

Any time Govt. offers you anything free look out! They will overtax everyone, mismanage and flat out waste half the cash before it gets through the elaborate beaurocracy they will create to distribute it. By the time administrative costs are covered everyone will be screwed except the people with the new Govt. jobs, who deny your benefits because you filled out one of fifteen copies of something wrong, and send you to the back of the line to wait another month.
Except for possibly disaster and emergency relief, (if they can get that together after completely screwing New Orleans a few years back), they need to stay out of Americans business and let us take care of ourselves. If someone has no job and no healthcare give em a minimum wage job with healthcare and make him work for it, not sit at home and smoke crack. If by the way you do like to do that, I'm all for denying all help, until you shrivel up and die or straighten up and work for your living. If you turn it down and don't want it, it's your right to do so and your decision should be your problem from then on. No more offers to assist you ever.
As far as regulating healthcare so that we all can afford it and can't be denied, cut off, overcharged, and generally raped, thats ok by me.
Stop the hand outs and regulate business just enough to see everyone get a fair deal, and stop taking more and more tax money to waste on huge programs that don't work.

They've learned nothing from all the other government run subsidy programs that can no longer fund themselves.
My health insurance premiums have already gone up, and they are warning that more hikes are to come. I can't help but wonder if they're raising rates just to get people all riled up and fight this. In the mean time, they win anyway.
So, as a tax paying citizen with good health insurance, I get screwed twice? Yeah, that sounds like government.
