Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Is VC1111 Slipping???

Default Is VC1111 Slipping???

We used to get tales about the Huntingnet saloon, VC's intelligent quote/phrase of the week and many other things that made this forum unique and have more class. Now we only seem to get a few drive-by posts and occasionally some semblance of critical political discourse and wit.

It all seemed to go downhill when Stealthycat (the original) was banned and then began the onslaught of aliases. For awhile, there was speculation that VC and Stealthy were really the same person but longtime regular members dispute that silly notion due to the different complexities in posting styles and the fact that nobody argues with themselves that much, even people enjoying a white jacket vacation.

The truth is, this place just gets a little dull when both of these guys aren't here.

I had been unable to participate for about 2 years. When I returned recently, I immediately noticed a different tone. Still like it, but it is definitely different.

Fall is a great time to musky fish and I think its coming up on that time of year when vince takes a week to bow hunt whitetails at his compound in whitebread Ohio.

Now if VC has a room with a view like that, I could see him finding his muse again.

The really interesting people don't come here anymore. Many others are flaming trolls.
