We are a nonpartisan, nonprofit "consumer advocate" for voters that aims to reduce the level of deception and confusion in U.S. politics. We monitor the factual accuracy of what is said by major U.S. political players in the form of TV ads, debates, speeches, interviews and news releases. Our goal is to apply the best practices of both journalism and scholarship, and to increase public knowledge and understanding.
The Annenberg Political Fact Check is a project of the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania. The APPC was established by publisher and philanthropist Walter Annenberg in 1994 to create a community of scholars within the University of Pennsylvania that would address public policy issues at the local, state and federal levels.
The APPC accepts NO funding from business corporations, labor unions, political parties, lobbying organizations or individuals. It is fundedprimarily by the Annenberg Foundation.

The point Obama made about who else was on the committee kinda slammed the door on McCain on that one.
The fact that Obama was on a committee with Ayers is of little consequence.

The little shindig in Ayers' home is what's important here.

It talks volumes about the company he keeps. Just wait if he gets elected and the dems get a rubber stamp congress. See what he will want to appoint to the Supreme Court. He'll probably appoint Rezko as Secretary of Housing, maybe Ayers as head of Homeland Security, andRev Wright as Secretary of Education.

I simply can't understand why Ayers didn't become part of the Lake Michigan food chain compliments of some of the more conservative minded members of the CPD years ago.

Too many eyes on the prize, most probably or else there'd be the 'ayers mystery' a-la Jimmy Hoffa.....

You ever see where Bush's family got there money from? They dealt with the Nazi's.

The point Obama made about who else was on the committee kinda slammed the door on McCain on that one.
No one else on the committe is running for president though. The choice is between McCain or obama for president, not obama and one of reagan's supposed buddies and some other republican no one heard of. Between McCain and obama , obama has the ties to ayres...and wright... and acorn... and resco and....

Fact is, Obama has a veritable cornucopia of questionable comrades. Whom you associate with DOES show who and what you are. The fact that Dems cling to their little radical socialist is quite demonstrative of their moral and political bankruptcy.
