RE: Cabela's Large Tent Sale
Nicholal, I guess I should have explained it a little better.. The tent sale is in East Grand Forks, USA south about 2 hours drive. I doubt very much we would ever have a Cabela’s in Winnipeg...... I will post my comments on the sale and if they had good deals.;)

RE: Cabela's Large Tent Sale
AAAAHHH, I can't go this year. We have gone in the past and to "at par " sale in the spring, which they didn't have this year because of the dollar being high, and it's been great.
I start my holidays that weekend and we're heading to the lake. I'd be in the dog house for sure if I went to Cabela's instead. The tent sale is huge. Lots of good stuff. Maybe next year! |
RE: Cabela's Large Tent Sale
I headed out to Cabela’s first thing Saturday morning and was there for a couple of minutes after 8:00 am and the tent in the parking lot was already full of people. They had quite a selection of items on sale. The middle of the tent was set up full of ne w hunting clothing. The prices varied from $20 to $50 dollars off regular price.
They had 5 to 6 large plastic bins full of new and used waders. They employee standing beside the bins mentioned that all the waders were priced for $9.99 a pair and then po inted to about six tables of new and used boots and said that those were on for $9.99 a pair also. They also had other tables set up with new shoes and boots. The price on these were anywhere from $40.00 to $80.00 dollars off. On the outskirts of the ten t they had larger items like truck accessories, decoys and tree stand just to name a few. There was a sign at the entrance that all items in the tent had an additional 25% off the lowest price on the price tag. Overall , I thought it was well worth the trip and will definitely go back next year knowing what to expect.;) |
