Ontario hunters keep your eyes open for the April edition of Ontario Out of Doors

Pg 6 shows a 200 class deer taken near Fort Erie, and further in theres an article that praises one of this sites moderators for his finesse with a slate call.

There was also something mentioned of all day turkey hunting next year, wouldn't that be sweet:)

Ya, all day turkey hunting, then the roost shooters wouldn`t have to get up early.:( Just grab a seat in the evening and wait for the birds to go to roost, what a perfect way to ruin a good roost site.

tschaef , thankyou for the acknowledgement of the Mag.

it really surprises me , that all the stuff said about the Fishing aspect in the mags that most of us get, thats its all fishing and no hunting. Then an issue comes out with a little Hunting and because everyone knows of the name involved , they get bitter/intimidated over a story. As far as the story , It really don't mean a whole lot to me, because thats my line of work and have seen the same a number of times over the years.

It is disappointing to say the least, that when a Good mag. does hits the shelf , everyone quiets up over it and then they exspect to see a change.

Its fella's like you that do make a difference in the sport to the province...BT

I hear you Adrian your absolutely right ,I think we've had this conversation before and you definetly know where I stand .I'll have to get the issue and congrat's to you .
