Quebec Moose
 

Thinking about going to film some moose and also bowhunt in the fall. Wondering what's the best area's to go. Will have a travel trailer so I won't need accommodations just a destination. Guess I'll buy my tags locally too. There will be three to four of us.

Any help would be great.

You want to film and shoot moose? Or film moose, and shoot something else? There are moose about anywhere in Quebec, you see plenty in the southern end, no idea where the best hunting is.

Hey Otis, thanks for all the info.

We'll be doing the non-hunting footage in and around Algonquin Park area throughout the fall but the actual hunting footage will be in Quebec. I'm not going through the Ontario hassle of tags, pool one/two stuff anymore. There will be four of us so game seals won't be a problem. Just wanted a high count area.

Ontario hunter you must look like Don Cherry hahaha just a joke I agree with you though I got lost in Quebec and had to stop to speak to 2 of their finist law officers and they just acted plain stupid when I was asking for directions,finally a lady was nice enough to take over the conversation and give me direction's and the law laughed like it was a joke haha I found my direction's but was also treated like this throughout the province . But there are some good people there but it left a bad taste with me as well.
