Wow, that's a hike going back to Radison from Mirage to get your caribou, but it sounds like you saw far more animals then we did.
We only saw maybe 50 caribou when we were there in November and that includes the animals we saw in 22A on the way in, caribou had all ready gone through and we were picking off stragglers.
That's great, sounds like you had a good time, temps weren't too cold and you had 100% sucess rate, can't beat that!...congrats

Can you give us more info? Two possibly four of us, first trip. Looking for a reputable outfit, and linking up with someone with your experience makes alot of sense to me.

Default Heading to Kisk in 2010

I'm new to this site and spent most of night glued to this thread. You guys have done an incredible job prepping other hunters in what to expect north of the border. I'm heading to Kisk by myself and I was looking to hook up with somebody heading there also. I wanted to go some time in Nov. Any takers. I live in Massachusetts.

No late season results. Just sunshine, Harleys, beer, and red hot mamas. South Florida gulf coast for another month and a half. then it's time to think hunt. Booked for fall hunt end of Sept. Is it spring up north yet?

where I am in the middle of the gulf of St.Lawrence it has been spring like weather all winter... No amount of snow and temps around -3 to +3 all winter except for 1 week when we had -15 degs for 4 days...
