I have before me the Alberta Fish And Game Associations Alberta Wildlife Records book. It is the second edition wich covers 1036 to 2001.

You just asked for "the biggest mule deer buck" so I will give you the info on the highest scoring Non-Typical Mule Deer:

Merle Klandt shot a 236 7/8 mule deer in the 40 mile coolee area in 1998.

Dale Bosch shot a 225 4/8 mule deer in WMU 102 in 1999.

It is possible hunters shot bigger bucks than these and didn't have them entered in the AF&GA trophy competition but not likely.

P.S. I have been hearing about a "Quota Hunt" for white-tial does in your area. Have you gone out and shot a couple?

No I was in line waiting and then they sold out just as it was my turn to get a tag. Now if anyone cancels i get theirs but I already got a really nice buck. (140 class). There is also a whole lot of deer cause I live really close to a coulee so theres big bucks all the time. Good bowhunting spots too.

If you want too see a picture Just tell me and I will put it up.
