Canadian Whitetail Outfitter recommendations
Anyone have any outfitter recommendations where the total cost of Whitetail rifle hunt, license & tax is less than $4500 US? Also, any personal experiences with Thunderchild Outfitters, Pipestone Guiding, or Alberta Adventure Outfitters. If you want to take offline, please send email to [email protected]. Thanks.

If you are thinking about Saskatchewan, you should visit the Saskatchewan Outfitters Assoc. website. It gives names of the camps and some web links as well. As far as your price most camps are between 3000-5000, some include tags but most tags are extra.
I am pretty sure alberta and manitoba have similar outfitting websites.
Then check references and match the camp to what you expect or want to potentially harvest. In saskatchewan 130-140 classes are easily obtainable, but most camps that have good genetics, DM and area will boast averages of 150 or better. Average success rates will be 80% and up. In sask. most outfitters run baits with blinds or treestands. Also they mostly run a 2 hunters to 1 guide rule.
Do some calling and research where ever you think you may want to go and if you plan to hunt next year, you'd best getting cracking. A good number of camps are full a year inadvance or have limited date and numbers avail.

I have a friend in Manitoba that just was given a new never outfitted area to hunt I think he only gets 4 deer tags for the unit. this will be the first year it has been hunted to my understanding. If you would like his info email me and I will give it to you. He has told me that some booners will come out this year.

I'm a booking agent, but don't "pitch my wares" too much on these forums. I did send Mr Hacker some quotes and (hopefully) he can vouch for my prices, and responsiveness. If people ever need Outfitters, please feel free to contact me, off the forum. There are hunts out there that are more affordable than you may think!
