Ontario bear hunt
 

I'm going on a bear hunt this fall (first week of sept.) up by Gogama on the Mesomikenda lake.(little beaver)
Can anybody tell about the area and if there is a strong bear population up there?
Never been to Canada so any info would help.

I know the area quite well and have fished on Mesomekenda many times ( great lake trout ). Matter of fact I shot a bear up there about 5 years ago. One of my closest friends used to live in gogama and he killed a bear every year. The place is full of bears, don't know the outfitter but send me a pm and I will check him out with my buddy who used to live there.
