Mrbb, that was very useful advice. I started a separate topic for low light binos (and hope you respond in that topic) but I am honestly thinking it would be cool for you to start your own topic with all of the proven advice you could offer.

your welcome
I won't call myself an expert, so, my info is based on just what I know and seen over the yrs
there are again exceptions or my basic's here, but in general thats the jest of optic's
need more light in and you get more light out, and takes larger len's and HIGHER quality glass to give you the best

many folks get caught up in names and prices and it goes from high end to bottom end
everyone has there opinion
and worse, everyone tends to SEE differently too
which can make optic's even harder to recommend, again TO a point!
nothing in the world wrong with the top end optic's BUT there price tags HAHA

I will NEVER buy anything BUT TOP end stuff without looking thru it next to a few different LIKE Models
as you MANY times DON"T see the difference till you look thru BETTER
hard to compare things when you ONLY have one

edge to edge clarity is a BIG thing to me, its the dame deal on rifle scopes too
better glass gets you better clarity,
better clarity tends to mean better light colors and less eye strain!
nature of the beast!
