Has anyone used a Crossfire II 3-12x56mm Hog Hunter?
 

I'm getting a new Tikka T3 Hunter 30-06 and was looking around for a scope to put on it. I live in Hawaii and will mainly hunt pig, but goat and deer are possibilities too. While looking at a plethora of 3-9x scopes I found the Vortex Crossfire II 3-12x56mm Hog Hunter scope. It seems to have everything I am looking for plus a little extra zoom. My budget is around $500 for a scope, but this one comes in at $300. I kicked around the internet for a bit looking for an in-depth review, but I couldn't find much more than the reviews on amazon and vortex's own website.

Does anyone have any experience with this scope?

Vortex does not take a back seat to anyone & their optics are some of the best. So is their customer service. I suggest you call Vortex & speak with someone about that scope. Tell them just what you want it for & ask what they think. If you don't get some great info & options, I'll be shocked. Greg
