Windage adjustments on Ziess conquest 3-9x50

Just purchased a new Ziess Conquest 3-9x50 mounted on a 7mm Mag BAR. Issue I'm having is windage is bottomed out and and still needs to be moved 1" more to the left anybody have suggestions really like the scope and do not want to have to return.

buy a set of millette rings, they are windage adjustable.
