Default Mounts for Optics

What mounts do yall use for putting on scopes or red dots? And which one has worked best? I bought the weaver no gunsmith one.. is this good?

I use "weaver style" two piece bases; other than my AR which is a "rail".


Burris for me but, Talley, Warne, Leupold.......be my guest ??

Warne and Talley wherever possible. Steel only on pic rail setups.
