What do you think of this burris 3-9x32?
 

I have used many Burris scopes but not the Timberline 3x9. I use the Fullfield ll 3x9 with great results and would not hesitate to recommend them. The Timberline should be a good scope. I just picked up two Burris C4 scopes and like them also.

It's likely a Pacific Rim built optic. Quality may or may not be there. What weapon is it for? With only a 32 mm objective, you may have Exit Pupil considerations in low light situations.
