New Leupold binoculars
 

If any of you guys get the chance to look at these when they hit the shelves, please post your impressions. A Leupold backed HD binocular for $750 MSRP looks like a real bargin. I hope the street price is even a bit less.

Prices seem to be coming down for HD glasses. Cabelas has these on their website at just a little above $600, but not yet available.

At $600 it should compete very well with the $1,000 Meopta, the $1,000 Zeiss Conquest, and the $1,200 Vortex. My clear favorite of those three is the Meopta. If these glasses are anywhere close to the Meopta quality they have a winner.

I have a pair of the 10x42 binoculars on the way. After the special points, and the regular points earned by using my card, the cost was about $530.

After they come in and I have had the chance to beat them around for awhile I will compare them to the Vortex Razor HDs I have here, and post my impressions.
