Number of years ago had a 15-60 pentax spotter & also had a few pair of bins by pentax I always thought they were good for the money. I haven't looked at any of their spotters in recent years, then again have nowhere that sells big ones close by to compare. Sorry can't help in that regard. Do know I drove over a pair of bins and they replaced them at no charge to me...besides shipping to costs.
Like any optic best ways is do some peering through them and compare to others in the same class. No point in using a swaro or lieca as a standard if your not willing to pay the price.
