scope/ring selection

hey guys!
So I'm just wondering how you know what rings to purchase if the scope tube measurement isn't specified...
eg. I'm looking to purchase a Bushnell Banner 32mm for my shotgun but I'm not 100% sure what rings to get with it...
thanks,
Gerard

Most scope manufactures have a "chart" of the specs for each scope they make, which will tell you if it's a 1" or a 30MM tube.

The next question is do those rings fit the bases on the reciever ?

Depending on the gun make / model, it may be easier to get a Weaver style base to offer more mounting options. I'd think a lightweight scope in a fixed power (such as 4X) would be a great choice.

a 32mm objective will work fine with lowrings (or even extra low if you can find them). Medium will work up to 40-44mm and high is needed for the larger objetive sizes. I believe this is what you were asking and I apologize if it wsn't.
