Guys I neeid to get myself a new pair of binoculars and am on a limited budget. I am thinking 100 bucks or less. I plan to get a more expensive pair in the future, and then use the cheap pair for a backup or for unequiped friends. What do yal recomend

Cameraland
has a pair of Nikon Action bino's 10x50 for $69.99 pretty decent pair for $70 Dougs a good guy to deal with also, there heavier than some but the clarity is above average for the money

This is what I use for elk hunting ,nice and light and very good optics, I have a lot more pricey ones but these really do work

Cant go wrong with alpen optics,, several good models under a hundred bucks, and lifetime warranty!

Yeah, tough to say really. I have a cheaper pair on pentax ones I got 5 years ago for 70 bucks, 10X50 and they have served well. Not quite as bright as I would prefer but good enough for us. Nikon has some nice ones for under a hundred. I think my next pair will be steiner. EJ

nikon gets my vote. for the price range they are very sharp. the water resistance is about on par with other binos in there class but other then that they exceed in there class
