Smile 22 rifle scopes

Gentlman, my question has probably been asked on this forum before but I need some advice, I just got a bolt action 22LR and I need to put a scope on. I know what I want in a center fire but I have no idea on what to put on this little gun.
Thx for any help that I might receive.

Burris fullfield (biggest bang for the buck - IMO)

I would second that on the Burris, but another you might consider are the Muellers. They seem to offer a lot for the money and would be great on a .22. I was considering one for my 06, but when I contacted the company they were very honest and said their inexpensive line was really meant for the lighter calibers-- Since recoil isn't an issue, I think they might be a good choice-----I will admit, I haven't had the Fullfield ll's on my guns for that long, but they helped me close out the groundhog season in fine form. As far as accuracy, clarity and holding a zero, they are outstanding.-----John

The Weaver K2.5 and the K4 are very good scopes for a .22.

What do you want to do with it? I have a 4X32 Bushnell rimfire on my 22LR. Works great for hunting to 80yds and target shooting to 200yds. I haven't shot an animal further than 80 or targets past 200.

I would also recommend taking a look at the Clearidge Ultra scopes. I have the Ultra RM 3-9x32 and it is a fantastic scope.
