Default Bushnell Elite 4200

The Optic Zone has a Bushell Elite 4200 3x9x40, for $255.00. I believe that Busnell has discontinued this model in favor of the 2.5x10x40. Does anyone have this model, or have an opinion. Seems like a great deal for a 4200.

You better jump on that puppy. The Elite 4200 is a GREAT scope. BTW, I have two.

The 4200's have decent glass. The only problem I have with them is their physical size. They are big and heavy. But if size is not important then they are a decent deal. Tom.

I wouldn't call them big and heavy. They weighs 13 ozs. and are 12.6 inches long. The Rainguard is definitely worth it too. The optical quality is very good for a scope at that price point.

They are an excellent scope but the only drawback I have is their lack of eye relief.

Personally I find the 4200 series are longer then most scopes...

In addition to my earlier post I would like to add that dealing with The Optic Zone was a pleasure. I purchased a Nikon Monarch from them and got a great deal and quick shipping. Good people to deal with.

Ok, after much consideration and research, I pulled the trigger and ordered the Elite 4200 3x9x40 today from The Optic Zone. It will go on top of my Savage 10ML-11 muzzleloader.
