Barska Optics Huntmaster Pro 3 - 12 x 50 IR Riflescope
 

Is this a good scope? I am planning on getting a Mossberg ATG just wanted to know if anyone has this scope and what they think about it.

Very poor quality of scope. Save your money up and get at least a 3x9x40 3200 Elite Bushnell.

"I must state my utter hatred for the crap optics made under the Barska name.
It should be illegal to sellsuch garbage as anything other than a toy.
I made the mistake of flushing $29 down the toilet at sportsmansguide junk optics section with the purchase of a pair of Barska binocs.
Now , I knew that I wasn't buying Zeiss or Leupold.
I just figured it couldnt be any worse than Tasco or low buck simmons. Boy was I wrong .
I was trying to look at some does across afield not more than 100yds and when i turned the power up it just made it worse. Could see better with the naked eye!

No amount of adjustment or focus helped .... long story short I made a target out of it at about 100yds and put a round thru that piece of junk and should've put it in box and sent back to god damn China where so much of the mass producedcheap junk is made!
End all trade relations with them bastards America does not need anything from China ! "

There , my opinion of BARSKA .....
HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS FOR GOOD!

What timbercruiser said or better yet a nikon prostaff would be a LOT better/more dependable/sharper/clearer/reliable/hold adjustments,etc. I'm not a fan of bushnell after having experienced their customer service-swore never to buy another bushnell product ever again-no matter how good they get.

A bonus of the Bushnell Elite scopes is that you can now get a very nice insulated camo hunting jacket valued at about $125 with the purchase. I know on the SWFA site they advertise this and I guess other companies do also.

That scope screams cheap, I agree with an elite 3200.

Short answer: NO I wouldn't put that thing on a pop gun if they gave it to me. Run. Run very fast away from this Chinese piece ofcrap masquerading is a riflescope
