Flip Up Scope Lens Covers? - Nikon Omega
 

I am looking for some Flip Up Scope Lens Covers for my Nikon Omega. I am considering Butler Creek from recomendations of others who have posted. If any of you have a favoriite I would like to hear from you.

Any problem with having flip ups?

I have Nikon Pro Staff 2x7x32 scopes on a CVA Wolf MZ, a Knight KRB MZ, and my Remington 1187 slug gun. I have Bushnell scopes on a Mossberg 500 and my Remington 597 17HMR. All my scopes have Butler Creek flip open caps. I haven't had the first complaint with them.

I didn't think anyone else made flipup covers but Butler Creek;)

I believe mine are blizzard Creek, which are see through....aren't the butler creek completely black?

I prefer a see through scope cover, but either will work fine.

Why would I look thru a plastic lenses that is sitting in front of the very expensive occular and objectivefirst lense?

I thought I'd resurrect this thread. I have the same question and being a few years later I was wondering if there was anything new on the market for flip on lens caps fitting a Nikon Omega?
