RE: Cabela's Pine Ridge scopes
ORIGINAL: johnl does anyone have any expirence with these ? I mean no disrespect but those of you who believe that unless you spend $1000 on a scope you are wasting your money please don't reply .I don't have that kind of money to spend on a gun let alone a scope. What firearm are you wanting to put a scope on? I have 3 Nikon 2x7x32 Pro Staffs, 2 on my muzzleloaders and one on my 1187 slug gun. I also have a 1.5-4 Bushnell scope on another slug gun. The Nikons were around $125 and the Bushnell was probably about $75. I've yet to feel the need for a expensive scope. |
RE: Cabela's Pine Ridge scopes
30.06 REVELATION (SAVAGE ) I was planning on the Nikon but this deal came up I'm just hoping that I won't be sorry

RE: Cabela's Pine Ridge scopes
gunnermhr I tried your trick and the crosshairs did not move at all , stayed as solid as can be
now for test two sight it in and run about 100 rounds through it and see if it stays zero I must say that I am real impressed with the binos very crisp for the money my friend has a pair of nikons and neither of us could tell the difference |
RE: Cabela's Pine Ridge scopes
Good deal. Sounds like you might have a winner!!

RE: Cabela's Pine Ridge scopes
The only good thing I would say is that at at least Cabela's has a top return policy. I don't know who makes their scopes. The two I bought were made in China, of course. Neither was any good past sunset. |
RE: Cabela's Pine Ridge scopes
Good scope for the money. They are made by Nikon! I bought the package deal 3x9x40 and the binos for 75 bucks. I think it is along the same quality as the Nikon prostaff, of which I have one.

RE: Cabela's Pine Ridge scopes
