Nikon Prostaff spotting scope
 

I am saving up for a spotting scope, I want to get quality but swarovski are too expensive. I am thinking a Nikon Prostaff or a Prostaff Outfit, has any used one of these spotting scopes?

Just to give you a hint. The ProStaff 65 usually goes for about $400 if memory serves me correctly. Eagle Optics has the Nikon Fieldscope III 60 mm on sale now for $400. That is like a $700 scope regularly and a step up optically from the Prostaff. Just something to consider.

I originally went with theprostaff, returned it.-- compared several while at cabelas, decided to go with the leupold sequoia. a little smaller, just as crisp, less expensive. very pleased with it. just bought alightweight hikers tripod also. good luck.
