HuntingNet.com Forums - Scope turned wrong direction

I bought a used muzzleloader and the scope was mounted ¼ turn counter clock wise to make it easer to get the primer in. This is ok with me but it puts windage and elevation backwards. On top of the scope it reads L clock wise and on the left side of the scope it reads UP counter clock wise. Which make it not the normal up & down on top and right & left on the right side of scope.

It would be easier to know how to adjust it if adjustment is needed before I go to shoot.
Am I right in thinking L will now move impact point down and UP will now move impact point left?
