Scope for pellet rifle

Any suggestions for a 3-9x scope for a RWS model 34 - .22 caliber pellet rifle that shoots 850 f.p.s., that is priced under $100.00? Rifle is used fortarget shooting and pest control. The rifle is a little on the heavy side, so a light weight scope would be more desirable.

Listen to me on this-others will back me up on this- Be SURE and get a air rifle scope because of "reverse recoil" it'll tear recitule right outta conventional scope regardless of brand/price/model

Stalkingbear; thanks for the input. I am aware of the reverse recoil, andneeding an actual airgun scope. They also need alower parallax settinglike 35 yards fixed, or a 6 - infinity on the A.O's.

Buy a airgun rated rifle scope as it's actually two directional both the enertia from the spring and the air going oposite directions.Bushnell, Tasco,Leapers and a host of others make airgun optics.Get mts. that have a pin in the rings to prevent slippage and a recoil stop that fits behind the back ring to stop movement the other direction as well.RWS,Beeman ,B-Square and Accushot all make rings of such nature.I just picked up a RWS 350 Mag in .177 and have been doing some research.Harold
