BSA Riffle Scopes

Has Anyone Had any Experience or Own a BSA Scope?
I am Planning on Getting a 17hmr Single Shot
I saw one in Cabela's for under $200 it is a 8x32 44mm
I want a Scope with a very high power to zoom in on Varmits that i can not get close to.I am Thinking about this Scope because of the type of service it will have Riding in the Truck,Ranger, Tractors etc.

I have a 4X10x44 BSA Catseye and love it. I have it on my deer rifle so I really don't know about long distance stuff. It did help kill two deer with two shots this past season though.

What Paul said.....................

I have a 3x9 BSA that came in a package deal I traded for. If you focus on the target, the crosshairs are fuzzy. If you focus to clear up the crosshairs, the target is fuzzy. Doesn't hold zero that well either.

BSA are $40 scopes, no matter what they price them at. If you are spending around $200, look at the Burris Fullfield ll or Nikon Buckmaster. Or evenany of the Tasco and Bushnell scopes if price is an issue.

The only scopes that I have personally seen fail are simmons, tasco and bsa.I won't own any of them.
