Remington Scopes ?
 

My partner at work just bought a Remington 700 package gun. It came with a Remington 3x9x40 scope. Who makes that scope ? Do you think it will get him through one season or should he replace it now ?

It might, but it might not. There is no telling who made the scope. You might contact Remington Arms and find out. I would get a quality scope of similar size, maybe a Bushnell Elite or a Nikon Monarch and check the scope against them late in the afternoon, that is usually a quick quality indicator.

to the best of my knowledge the package deals you get from remington come with a 3-9 bushnell sharpshooter scope. Scope may make a season may not its bushnells lowest end optic. I'd upgrade no question asked.
