my new nikon turkeypro scope broke!
 

i got a new nikon turkeypro camo scope for my browning gold hunter for christmas. the scope , rings , gun sling were all camo it was a sweet setup . its a nwtf model 12 ga. and i shot winchester extendeds # 6's with a rhino .670 choke. they were the big 3 1/2 inchers but shouldn't it hold up to a turkey gun after all its a turkey scope!! after about thirty shots the front lens turned sideways in the tube!!! the scope has not recieved any hits or rough treatment. i have sent it to nikon and hope to get a repair or replacement. i don't even want it back on my gun now cause i don't trust it. i am going back to my dead on fiber optics. has anyone dealt with nikon customer service ?

was it a Nikon Monarch with a turkeypro reticle?

Nope, sorry, I have never had to deal with their customer service.... as I have never had one of my nikons go bad.....knock wood......I own 4 of them and am about to buy a fifth... I have been using Nikon scopes for about 16 + years.

yes it was the turkey reticle, but good news is it already came back fixed good as new at no charge.

how was your customer service expierence with Nikon? I hear lots of doubts about Nikon's customer service...what was you experience like??
