I see almost nobody thinks much of leupold anymore and frankly,am quite puzzled by this. Nikon scopes are among the very best of japanese manufactured products. My vote is ALWAYS going to be leupold. I have several reasons for this. Thru the years the scopes I have dealt with/owned/used/competed with/mounted on customer's firearms numbering in hundreds, and of all those, only had reason tosend 2 leupold scopes back for repair. Both of those was rushed back with time allotment being in their shop less than 3 days and of course no charge. I have had such good service with them that I will concider no other brand!
