Silver Leupold VX II What bases/rings actually match the color?
 

I just mouted a Leupold VXII on my Stainless Browning Abolt Classic Hunter Walnut .300WSM. I used the Leupold Weaver bases and Leupold QRW rings. Thecolor of the bases and rings is way off from the scope. It looks more like a champaign color than silver and looks horrible.So far I like the function of the rings and bases. Wouldlove it of Leup made the PRW rings in silver : (

anway, what rings are you guys using that match the leupold VXII silver scope color?? I'd like to get something thatis a closer color match, butstill the quality of the leupold rings and bases.

I've kinda had the same issue mounting a Leupy on a Tikka T-3. The color of the Leupy is just "different". The rings supplied with the Tikka aren't that great and look crappy to boot. I'll be changing them out soon. In the mean time, check into Warne Maxima A-Bolt mounts. They have a silver that is closer IMO. Good luck.
