Scope for alaska?

Guys, since I landed my dream summer job (check the big game forum) I am going to need a good scope that takes a beating and can stand the everyday conditions that Alaska has to offer. Any of you guys have any ideas?

Thanks,
Willie

How about a Bushnell Elite 4200 or Leupold xv-III in 3x9. Both should cover what you need.

Zeiss Diavari 1.5-6x42
Burris Signature Select 1.5-6x40

I agree. You can't go wrong with Zeiss. I have 3Conquests in the safe and love them all.Since I started using Zeiss all other brands have started getting pushed out including Leupold, Burris, Nikon, Sightron, Redfield and others. To me the Zeiss Conquest is the best value and at $399 for a 3-9 Conquest how could you go wrong?

Mark me down in the Zeiss Conquest column. I have 3 as well, excellent scope. 3x9x40 is darn near the best bang for your buck today.
