new traditions sccope?

does anyone know who makes these and what quality? . ive been looking at the camo version with the circle reticle. it looks alot like a bushnell. i called bushnell but they said they dont make them so im wondering who does. thanks!

The only thing I could find was where a new one just sold on E-Bay for $20.50. Based on that, it might be good for hitting rocks or throwing at rabbits, but I wouldn't put one on a rifle I was going to hunt with.
