ok going to Snowshoe
someone giveme the scoop.What should i exspect, and what are the best shoes to wear.Heard about hills and cliffs, any truth to that?

shoes? maybe for walking around the vender area a good pair of tennis shoes, but wear good boots on the range, ones with good soles and ankle support. bring cold weather gear as well as shorts. the temps up there vary greatly.

Its pretty steep,if you get tired you can stop and lean up against the state. Make sure your bubble is level and try to get your feet dug in. You have to be able to judge without seeing the ground and in dark woods and bright grassy slopes. If you wear a greasey ball cap, bib overalls and no shoes you will fit right in. You can even bring a female cousin as a date if you have one that you like. Iam a hillbilly so its ok for me to make fun of me.

Good thing we aren't at snow shoe right now. They had a winter storm come through and dump around 30" of snow on the mountain

I was @ Snowshoe on Sunday and it is definitely a "Winter Wonderland" right now. The ski conditions were excellent!
